Understanding the subtleties of body language can be a powerful tool in our personal and professional lives. Here are seven body language hacks to help you improve your communication skills:

  • Eye Contact: Eye contact is one of the most important aspects of body language. When we make eye contact with someone, we are demonstrating confidence and trustworthiness.
