     “Do you have any plans for the weekend?” This is undoubtedly one of the frequently asked questions, particularly at the end of the week. Although this is a very straight forward question that doesn’t require a second thought,we easily find ourselves with no answer, simply because we never planned. It’s imperative to note that, for one to have a fun-filled weekend, it does not have to be associated with a cost in it. Weekends are essential in one’s life since they signify the conclusion of a workweek. When these two day periods come about, they signify a time to break the monotony for nothing more than self-recreation. As we do this, the first day is purposely to allow enough rest. The second one is to rejuvenate and gather enough energy for the coming week. It means recharging in preparation for the journey ahead. It is through the weekend that such is so done. It’s on the weekend that an equilibrium of time is created. When you have a jam-packed week, the weekend is hugged ,more like a lifeline. But what transpires between the two days feels like they end in a snap and it's back to being Monday again. A sense of dissatisfaction sets in. Plan ahead of time.

     Planning, be it is for school, a job, or retirement, we have all learned the significance of planning ahead. Some thrilling escapades include: hiking, mountain climbing, skating etc. It may also be one of the new restaurants you’ve never visited before.      Have you ever found yourself in a situation where you have a hundred things to do, and all you need is a weekend, only to find yourself watching movies on Netflix for the whole weekend? To avoid this, generate a running list of ideas you would wish to accomplish. This list will prompt you to brainstorm anything you would wish to accomplish in life. Always prepare for Monday, on Friday.

     In life, there are a couple of things that seem less important, yet they are a vital constituent in our day to day lives. Some don’t sync up with the schedules we have and so, we often brush them off. It’s at this instant that you need to grasp the opportunity, catch up with the things you’ve been neglecting and make the part and parcel of your weekend to -do- list.  This will spice up your weekend with profound goodness making your weekend more enjoyable.

Throw a party.

     Weeklong schedules coupled with deadlines, targets to meet due dates, appointments, journals, reports are a total distraction and a disconnect to friends and relatives. Throwing a shindig is the best way to reconnect, reunite with friends.it can be weekly or after a fortnight where you all come to ether and have some fun over a cup of tea, it doesn’t necessarily have to be a goat eating or any expensive stuff. a rotational shindig can be fun, exposing you to different tastes and environments. A home away from the home party is a way of having a get-together. Going for a picnic with friends on a weekend can be adventurous, explorative and satisfying. whatever it is, make sure you’ve had enough fun, rejuvenated, learn a new thing. Think of some entertaining things that can spice up your party, such as rain dance etc.

Avoid Thinking About Monday.

     A good number of people are accustomed to the environment of a lazy, cool Sunday. Sunday is supposed to be one of the snuggest days of the week. To some, it’s usually a day to recuperate, having indulged excessively in the previous day. Talk of hangovers, and by extension, knowing how overboard excessive indulgence can be, where we start talking of things like; a lost phone, to some, punch wounds on their forehead, that is, if they managed to come out alive. It really gets crazy at times. All this is pure wastage and not ideal. Whatever you do over the weekend should never amount to regret, pain, or loss of property /life.Away from the aftermath, a good number of people plunge in a deception of thinking about Monday, pending work on their desk. The resultant effect being drained rather than recharging. So, how should we avoid this? customize a special thing that will distract you and leave you with the sole option of having fun. You may come up with a hike, camping, nature trail plan.it doesn’t necessarily have to be a major /distant/, depending on the time at your disposal. Alternatively, volunteer to host a get-together or plan a dinner within your vicinity, considering that there’s something nice for the Sunday that will create a barrier in thinking about Monday and work.

Get an alternative in spending your mornings other than movies.

     On a weekend morning, the probability of feeling quite exhilarated because you're so excited to be off is 100%. Utilize this energy and pursue something instrumental for your self-growth. It’s sad to say that weekends are constantly wasted by just lazing and laying about. Create something for the weekend mornings. Take your dog for a walk, jogging to improve your blood circulation, morning workouts or get to the kitchen and try that recipe you once read about. Whatever it is, make it as constructive as possible. Something that will impact positively in your life.

Explore new things/ideas and try implementing them.
