     The phrase “customer service” is commonly used in every minute of our day-to-day life. Arguably, at one point, in the course of the day, each one of us is either a seller or a consumer. surprisingly, very few of us can convincingly attribute the power and position of a customer. So, who is a customer? In sales, commerce, and economics, a customer is a receiver of a good, service, product, or an idea - acquired from a vendor, salesperson or merchant via a financial transaction or exchange for money or some other valuable consideration.

     Nowadays, Customer service is the new technique of marketing. This statement may sound certain or uncertain depending on the angle of approach and the audience.Nonetheless, this is actually  true. Conversely, if you reflect on customer conduct and thought configurations today, you’ll appreciate that this statement is unquestionably spot-on. Folks have lost their faith in stratagem and exaggerated bulk marketing promotions .In its place, clients have diverted their focus on what and how they associate with, either one on one with your company or what their associates have gone through, and thereafter draw a comparison from what the society has gone through against what they listen or see online via social media promotions. This simply implies that every smooth and considerate return is marketing.
